Q: How to use Fcar scanner to reset service light of 2010 Buick GL8 ?
A: There are two ways: reset service light by Fcar scanner and hand as follows:
(1)Connect Fcar scanner, turn on ignition switch and scanner switch, click the menu to enter [engine system] – [special function] – [engine output control] – [reset oil life] – [re-set] Modify the value to 100% – completed and sevice light goes out.
(2)Turn on ignition switch,depress pedal for 3 times within 5s;and then turn off ignition switch and turn on,service light off. If not off,then indicates operation failed,need to re-operate(this method applys to old models)
