Problem 1:
Q： I try to prepare key for Megamos Crypto with carprog v8.21 clone online version. It it failed and carprog gave me error “Antena not connected”. I test the function with other cars, but all the same error.
A: You are trying to program keys with carprog 8.21, but you do not connected to antena. If you connect to antena and still the same error, it indicates that the function is not yet available.
Problem 2:
I have installed and activated caprog 8.21 software. I need to do Caddy 2007 mileage correction. Carprog cannot connect to CAN and showed me connect error (shown ad picture below). I changed laptops and tested on other cars, but still the same error.

1; Please better run carprog software on our operating system.
2; Test 93c46 chip to check if it works good on this function.
If carprog v8.21 online version can read and write 93c46 chip under EEPROM menu. Then the problem is not the operating system. Perhaps the eeprom chip is not supported.
