How to solve Xtuner E1/T1/E3 OBD2 scanner no communication error

Question: XTUNER E3 got  error “unable to obtain serial number no communication”,any idea to deal with it ?

Solution:
If your device: Xtuner E1, Xtuner E3, Xtuner T1 meet such problem:”Licence failed! Please check the validity of Vpeaker” “unable to obtain serial number no communication”, Please try to upgrade the firmware of WIFI module so that the WIFI perform can be improved.

 

WIFI Software Update – Quick Guide:

  1. Firstly, please connect the computer to VCI’s WIFI.

  1. Please open the IE explore and input: 10.10.100.254/iweb.html,

input the User name and Password, then click  “OK”.

User name: admin

Password: admin

  1. Click “Browse…” to select the file :

  1. Update finish. The WIFI will restart automatically. Please

connect again before testing.
