Customer problem:
When I started condor xc mini plus ii and wanted to select the language to use, the machine touch screen didn’t respond.

Step 1. Loosen the six screws on the back of the screen
Step 2. Open the cover and check if the two cables marked are connected well. If not, connect properly again.
