The answer is No, you cannot use the Witech program for an 06 Town and country.
You need DRB III emulator To communicate with 2006 Chrysler town and country.

Someone feedback he tried 2 Micropods, one did have no DRBIII functionality at all and the second did have DRBIII functionality, but only for the engine and transmission module (CAN bus) and no other modules (K Line).
In word, this source is unstable.

It comes with DRB III emulator, it can work stably offline.
